Description:

CEDSI has a vision convert environmental challenges to energy solutions.We seek ways to address poverty,climate injustice and Conflict through eco enterprise.Under our green Innovation project we have converted the terrtifying weed called waterhyacinth into Domestic cooking gel for women and youths in rural communities. Today continued use of firewood is now under threat as more women seek better and safer and healthier alternatives to dangerouys fuels. Our Biofuel gel is  cheap,clean and heats up very quickly with high heat output.,Non Spill, non explosive, no flare, and non toxicHighly safe and economical.We asupporting communities  to market and distribute as well as produce biogel fuel and stoves .Aser Green Cook stove is a safe and environmentally friendly ethanol based cooking gel.It does not contain any substances harmful to the user thereof .GEL FUEL:Currently our mentoring research partners manufacture 3 package sizes of gel fuel.The 750ml variant packaged in cases of 12 bottles and the 3litre in cases of 4 bottles per case and 5l size.The Acer Green Cook ethanol gel is 100% organic made from a completely renewable energysource - Biomass saw dust and grass.GEL STOVES:These reinforced enamel coated stoves are of high quality and have a safe regulator to ensure efficiency and durability.ECO Project  by CEDSI

Implementation modalities:

Primarily Research,Training and capacity building,Advocacy and implementation of this process to bulding up homes that will rather use safer cleaner healthier processes than cutting trees and dangerous fuels
