Urbanice Malaysia and partners such as Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Kuala Lumpur City Hall, Titijaya Berhad, APUDG and Adab Youth Garage believes in the pursuit to create communal space towards livable, sustainable and inclusivity.s achieving social and economic benefits for Queensland through greater cross-agency and sector planning for social services and infrastructure. We are hopeful that the Community Hub project will be a platform for continuous communal congregation, education, placemaking and showcase area among and within the communities as well as to nurture sense of ownership in the sphere. Community Hub was made of 2 used containers - the hub is fitted with a Mini Library, children multi activity areas and space to allow communities to meet, gather and organised activities. Some of the features includes theraupetic area of mini animal farm, and studios in containers for that matter.
The community hub was developed through partnership with public, private and people partnerships. Our community hub are designed around a place-based and people-focused model that responds to local needs to achieve positive outcomes for children, families, schools and the wider community.
We were created to make better use of public spaces by offering multiple services under one roof that meet the needs of a specific community or neighbourhood. This community hubs will encourage social gatherings.We are managed to complete this community hub less than 2 months. This community hub provide a focal point and facilities to foster greater local community activity and bring residents, the local business community, and smaller organisations together to improve the quality of life in their areas.
